Structure for 2023-24

The Local Academy Board (LAB), formerly known as the Full Governing Body (FGB) meets at various times throughout the academic year. At the Admin/Planning meeting in the autumn term responsibilities, structures and work programmes are agreed for the year ahead.  

The Headteacher Appraisal Review Panel works with the Headteacher to set objectives for the year ahead – and reviews progress against these.
